By commissioning me, you automatically agree to respect and follow my Terms of Service, as listed below.

Commissions are for personal use only, and may not be used for commercial use.

I hold the copyright to the commissioned artwork. I am allowed to post it to social media, distribute and produce, and use it for my portfolio, unless requested otherwise beforehand.

I have the right to refuse or cancel ANY commission.

Any request to draw something that breaches my Terms of Service, that falls under my "will not draw" list, or otherwise makes me uncomfortable or pushes my boundaries will be instantly declined. I may also decline commissions beyond my skill level or if I feel that the character will not translate well to my style.

Payment must be given up front in full through PayPal or KoFi, after I accept your commission request. I will need your PayPal email in order to send an invoice.

Payment is made in USD

I will not start the commission until payment is received.

The completed artwork will be sent digitally as a PNG file to the email address provided by you. There will be no delivery of physical product.

I am not responsible for the loss of product once it has been delivered.

I will only offer full refunds under the following circumstances:

A. The sketch has not yet been completed.

B. The commission has not been started within 1 month of accepting the request,

C. The commission has not been completed within 3 months of accepting the request.

Refunds will not be given for finished commissions, nor during any point of the process after the sketch is finalized.

Revisions can made for free up to 3 times during the sketch. There is no limit or charge for color revisions. Revisions outside of these parameters will cost extra.

You may request an update of the commission's progress at any time; this will be in the form of a watermarked screenshot. I will provide updates to finalize each phase of the drawing process.

I do not accept or follow special deadlines; all commissions will follow the same turnaround time.

When commissioning me, you are expected to provide the following:

(1) A clear visual reference of the character you want drawn. The amount of the character visible on the reference should be equal or greater proportions to the size of commission you are ordering (eg. Fullbody, bust).

(2) A description of the character to be drawn, including any important design notes, permissions for how they may be drawn, etc.

(3) A description of how you would like your commission to look. Please note, I will do my best to comply with your instructions, however I still have artistic authority over the process and the end product.

Rude and/or disrespectful clients will be blocked and barred from requesting again.

Commissions are for personal use only. You may not use your commission for commercial use, defined as any instance where you use artwork that I create to make money for yourself.

I do not permit my artwork to be used for any form of generative AI/AI training/machine learning. You may not use your commission for any form of derivative works, eg. data training, style mimicry, tracing.

You may not use my artwork for NFT.

You may resize and crop your commission, provided that the watermark and/or signature is still visible.

You may share your commission, and use it as a profile picture or social media banner. Credit MUST be given to Noyro (social media usernames and links can be found in the site's footnotes). You may not make it appear as if you drew the commission yourself.
